After the group of rooms is set up, here are the next steps to assist your clients in planning a destination wedding.
- Set up the wedding website.
- Give the URL and the Save the Date Card verbiage to your wedding couple.
- Get in touch with the onsite wedding team to find out the next steps for the couple.
- Create the email template for the wedding guest inquiries.
- Set up your group and the details in your CRM.
- Once the reservations start coming in, create a guest list in Google Sheets.
